Terms of Service — Cyber Tor App

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Cyber Tor, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Cyber Tor is a mobile security application designed to protect your Android device from various security threats. Our services include but are not limited to: camera blocking to prevent unauthorized access; network traffic monitoring and app internet blocking; malware and spyware detection and removal; privacy audit and permissions analysis; high-risk application identification; WiFi network security monitoring; and device security assessment and recommendations.

3. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels; or use the App to harm other users or third parties.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials; ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws; understanding that the App provides security features but cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats; keeping your device’s operating system and the App updated to the latest versions; and granting necessary permissions for the App to function properly.

5. Security features disclaimer

While Cyber Tor is designed to enhance your device’s security, no security solution can provide 100% protection. We make no guarantees that the App will detect all malware, spyware, or security threats; that the App will prevent all unauthorized access to your device or data; that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted; or that security vulnerabilities will not exist in the App itself.

You acknowledge that using the App is at your own risk and that you should maintain good security practices alongside using our App.

6. App permissions

To provide comprehensive security features, Cyber Tor may request various device permissions including: Camera Access (to enable the camera blocker feature); VPN Connection (to monitor and control app network access — no data is transmitted through external servers); Device Administrator (to provide advanced security features); Storage Access (to scan files for malware); Usage Statistics (to analyze app behavior and permissions); and Accessibility Services (to monitor potential security threats).

All permissions are used solely for security purposes and your data is processed locally on your device.

7. Intellectual property

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Cyber Genius, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Third-party services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Cyber Genius, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses; security breaches or unauthorized access to your device; any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the App; any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred; or any conduct or content of any third party.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyber Genius and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the App or a breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13. Updates and changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App and supersede any prior agreements.
