Privacy Policy

Your information, your choices, and how we handle the details you share.

Draft for owner and legal review. The legal entity, privacy contact, applicable law, retention schedule and international-transfer arrangements must be confirmed before this policy is approved.

1. About this policy

This policy describes information handling on the Cyber Tor website, including contact inquiries, early-access interest and newsletter signups. It does not cover future products or third-party websites. The organization legally responsible for personal information and its official address are awaiting confirmation.

2. Information you provide

Forms collect your name, email address, inquiry type and consent. Contact forms can also collect your organization, country or region, website and message. Organization and website are optional. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry.

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, financial information, private security credentials or sensitive incident evidence. This website is not a confidential incident-reporting channel.

3. Technical information and spam prevention

To limit repeated submissions, the website creates a hashed identifier from a network address supplied by the hosting service, or from your email address when that address is unavailable. The identifier is used with a submission counter and time window. Hashing does not make this information anonymous.

Hosting providers may process network addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Their processing and retention must be reviewed before launch.

4. Why information is used

Information is stored to review and respond to inquiries, record early-access interest and record requests for future updates. Automated outbound emails are not currently enabled. Joining a list does not give immediate product access.

The current forms require permission to store your details for the stated purpose. The applicable legal basis for each purpose, including essential operations and abuse prevention, must be confirmed for the jurisdictions where Cyber Tor operates.

5. Service providers and sharing

Website form submissions are stored with Lovable Cloud. Inquiry records are not available for public browsing. Hosting and storage providers may process information to operate these services.

The website does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers. A verified provider list, authorized access arrangements and any legally required disclosures must be documented before launch.

6. Storage location and transfers

The relevant storage locations and any cross-border processing arrangements have not yet been confirmed. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must be identified and included in the approved policy.

7. How long information is kept

Inquiry records and abuse-prevention identifiers are stored. The one-hour submission limit is a rate-limiting window, not a deletion schedule. A fixed retention period and automated deletion process are not yet confirmed.

Before launch, Cyber Tor must approve retention periods for inquiries, signup interests, technical logs and abuse-prevention records. You may request deletion through the contact page; applicable exceptions and handling procedures require legal review.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information, withdrawing consent, or stopping future updates. Other rights, including objection, restriction and portability, depend on applicable law.

Use the contact form with “General inquiry” and explain your request without attaching identity documents or sensitive evidence. Identity verification may be needed before a request can be fulfilled. The official privacy contact and response procedure remain to be confirmed.

Where applicable, you may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. The appropriate authority depends on your location and the applicable legal framework.

9. Cookies and tracking

No optional analytics or advertising trackers are currently enabled. The website’s cookie-preferences panel does not activate optional trackers. Essential hosting technologies may still be used to deliver the site. See the Cookie Policy for the current position and details awaiting verification.

10. Children and sensitive situations

Cyber Tor’s mission includes digital safety for families and educators, but these website forms are not a child safeguarding or emergency service. Please do not submit a child’s personal details or sensitive incident reports.

Age eligibility, guardian-consent rules and safeguarding procedures for any future child-facing product must be defined before that product becomes available. If someone is in immediate danger, seek local emergency help.

11. Security and external links

The forms use validation and submission limits, and stored inquiries are not publicly readable. These measures do not guarantee that information can never be lost, accessed without authorization or misused.

External websites operate under their own privacy policies. A link does not mean that Cyber Tor controls their practices or has a partnership with them.

12. Changes and contact

This draft reflects the current website and must be reviewed when its practices change. An effective date and version will be supplied after owner and legal approval. For questions, write to info@cybersecurity.org.pk or use the contact page.
