2. What is currently enabled

Cyber Tor has not enabled optional analytics, advertising trackers or third-party marketing tools. Hosting services may use essential technical information or browser technologies to deliver and protect the site.

A verified inventory naming each essential technology, its provider, purpose and lifetime is awaiting review. This draft does not claim the site is entirely cookie-free.

3. What cookie preferences do

The footer’s Cookie preferences panel states the current essential-only position. “Keep essential only” closes the panel; it does not activate analytics or advertising, and the panel does not currently save a persistent choice.

If optional technologies are introduced, this policy and the preferences controls must be updated to provide the choices required by applicable law before those technologies are activated.

4. Your browser controls

You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential technologies may affect how the website works. Clearing cookies does not delete inquiry details already stored after a form submission.

5. Forms and external links

Form records and abuse-prevention identifiers are stored separately from browser cookie preferences and are covered by the Privacy Policy. External websites may use their own cookies and tracking under their own policies.
